You'll provide clinical support, ensure safe medication management, and foster a calm, engaging environment where every resident feels valued and respected.
Requirements
- License: Active LPN license in the State of Illinois (required)
- Experience: Prior memory care or senior living nursing experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Attributes: Compassionate, reliable, and committed to enhancing residents' lives
- Schedule: Availability for 2nd and/or 3rd shifts (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents within our Memory Care neighborhood
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Conduct health assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and communicate promptly with leadership and families
- Support and mentor caregivers to ensure consistent, quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Charter Senior Living's mission
