Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
Proficient medication management skills
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents
Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents
Support a respectful and positive work environment
Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents
Manage medication proficiently
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
