Requirements
- Current Washington State LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing quality, compassionate care
- Reliability and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to ensure the best outcomes
