A Clinic LPN who excels in this role: · As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 30 days of hire.
• LPN License for the State of Tennessee.

Responsibilities
