About The Position

We’re seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We currently have 12-hour day and overnight shifts, as well as nursing visit opportunities, available throughout Westchester County. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
- Active NYS LPN license and current BLS certification
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
