About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality treatments to patients as directed by their practitioner and in alignment with established clinical protocols. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced integrative medicine environment. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Florida required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient or infusion setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, infection control, and patient safety practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a clinical setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on patient care experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including EMR systems.
  • Strong ability to learn and follow detailed clinical protocols.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and service.
  • Must speak English fluently. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease.
  • While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to stand for periods of up to 7 hours at a time while caring for patients. You may be required to assist patients onto medical tables, lift up to 60 pounds, and manage equipment with frequent physical exertion. Emotional resilience is necessary, as you will be working closely with patients experiencing complex and chronic health conditions.
  • Full-time, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrative or alternative medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily set-up checklists and prepare equipment for use.
  • Greet patients warmly and verify treatment information.
  • Confirm up-to-date provider orders and ensure all consents are signed and current.
  • Administer treatments
  • Educate patients on treatments and reinforce the importance of adherence to care plans.
  • Monitor patients during treatments for adverse reactions and respond appropriately, escalating to a provider when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.
  • Track and follow up on patient schedules to support continuity of care.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and compliant clinical environment.
  • Manage daily workflow to minimize delays and optimize patient experience.
  • Ensure confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care at all times.
  • Support a safe, professional, and compliant clinical environment.
