As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. Position Highlights at a Glance: Caseload: ~7 patients Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)
