Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Lutheran Homes & Health Services - FT, PT or Casual for AM, PM or Night Shifts 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Lutheran Homes & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, has been a part of the local community caring for the families of Fond du Lac and the surrounding area since 1936. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac, Lutheran Homes & Health Services provides assisted living, skilled nursing and short-term rehab services to older adults. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available Shift: Days, PM or Night shifts available Pay Rate: $26.50-$33.00 per hour, dependent on experience Shift Differential for PM and Night Shifts Eligible for Sign On Bonus Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
