Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Previous nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Conduct assessments, monitor resident conditions, and support care planning
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment where residents feel valued
