About The Position
Hillcrest Silver Ridge is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the evening shift. Schedule Options This role offers flexibility with two schedule structures: • 12-hour shifts: Minimum 24 hours per week • 8-hour shifts: 32 hours per week (4 days per week) • Evening shift This position also participates in an on-call rotation that includes every 5th weekend. Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A compassionate approach to caring for seniors
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, aides and leadership to ensure excellent resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and team members
