About The Position
Arcadia Home Care & Staffing provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. We are seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and deliver skilled nursing visits to patients in the Dayton area via a long-term staffing contract. Position Details: Status: PRN (as needed) Schedule: Flexible - between 4-6 visits daily Setting: Home health visits Services: Skilled nursing care, medication administration, wound care, chronic condition monitoring, and patient education No weekend shifts required!
Requirements
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred, or home care waiver experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits in client homes
- Complete accurate documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Ensure quality and safety in all aspects of patient care
