Full-time position - FULL-TIME NIGHTS Work in a specialty ACUTE setting with medically complex patients Competitive salary + shift differentials Comprehensive benefits and PTO package Supportive, mission-driven work culture focused on quality outcomes What You'll Do: Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
