Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for positions 16+ hours/week! Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently and cohesively with a team, and demonstrate compassionate care. Requirements

Current Pennsylvania LPN License

Responsibilities

An LPN Med Nurse will administer personal hygiene, nursing care, treatment and therapeutic measures according to physician's instructions, accepted nursing standards, and QPRC policies.
Precisely documents medications, treatments, conditions of residents; completes all required written documentation accurately and timely.
An LPN Med Nurse properly uses and maintains all medical supplies/ equipment.
Orders supplies for residents and the nursing station as needed.
Continually assesses residents' heath status; reports changes to Memory Support Coordinator and carefully documents changes.
An LPN Med Nurse handles emergency resident situations effectively.
Updates the Plan of Care for each resident as conditions change. Demonstrates competency in assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care of residents.
An LPN Med Nurse demonstrates ability to assist all residents to reach self-care potential, to treat and communicate with dementia residents, and to modify own behavior in response to a resident's behavior.
Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills with all staff, residents and visitors.
Gives accurate, concise, and complete shift reports.
