Requirements
- Candidate should be Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (any U.S. state, territory, or DC).
- Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
