Our Geropsych Department at UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital is looking for a skilled, patient-focused LPN to join our interdisciplinary team. Bring your expertise, heart, and dedication — help us support our older patients on their journey to mental wellness! Requirements

Active IA LPN license required
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric psychiatric patients, including medication administration, monitoring, and patient support.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote positive outcomes.
