How You’ll Make an Impact: Provide a Warm, Professional Experience Welcome patients, triage efficiently, and prepare exam rooms to support smooth patient flow. Deliver Essential Clinical Care Perform allergy-related testing, injections, spirometry, immunotherapy administration, and assist clinicians during procedures. Support Clinical Documentation Accurately document care and update EMR records (experience preferred). Assist Patients & Families Help with forms, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient education related to allergy, asthma, and ENT treatment plans. Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and supplies meet quality and safety standards. Promote Quality Care Provide compassionate, professional support to patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, sinus issues, and environmental/food allergies. Requirements
- Licensed LPN in NY – Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Spanish/English Bilingual – Required – Essential for patient communication and education.
- Comfort with Injections & Testing – Will train for specialty-specific procedures.
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills – Patient education is key in this role.
- Calm, Professional Demeanor – Ability to manage fast-paced clinic days and occasional urgent situations.
- Tech-Savvy – EMR experience is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Allergy, ENT, or Primary Care – Preferred, but not required.
- EMR experience is a plus.
