About The Position
Adelphi is seeking a 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support services in a school setting located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering student care under established protocols while collaborating with school staff and supervising RNs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Active Virginia LPN license (or compact license)
- Current CPR/AED (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Experience supporting specific student needs

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized services to assigned student
- Comply with IDEA, HIPAA, and FERPA regulations
- Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct
- Follow District schedules and policies
- Notify appropriate personnel of absences
- Comply with all required screenings and training
- Any other duties as assigned
