About The Position

Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking an LPN for our Adult Medicine practice in Fort Myers, FL.

Requirements

• A valid current State of Florida license to practical nurse (LPN)
• Great attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
• Ability to develop and maintain a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with providers, staff, and patients
• Knowledge of phlebotomy, patient intake, and common medications
• One year of clinical experience or a combination of medical education and work experience
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
• Record chart information accurately into our patient management system
• Assists Clinical Coordinator and other clinical team members as needed
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
