Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Job Summary: BridgePoint Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN provides professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process, supervises unlicensed nursing personnel, and performs other duties as assigned. Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Clinical competence in nursing procedures and patient care based on established theory, nursing standards and practices. Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with professional staff, patients, and all facility personnel. Satisfactory completion of orientation and competencies established by nursing administration within 30 days of employment Join our team! Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses.
  • Licenses/Certification: Current Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license from the District of Columbia. BLS Required. ACLS preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year's prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.
