About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and support residents overall well-being.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license (or compact license)
- Previous experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document residents conditions and communicate changes to the RN or supervisor
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident education
- Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment
