Your day to day as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Community Behavioral Healthcare, LLC, you will play a critical role in patient care on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and recording vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Daily tasks will also involve maintaining accurate patient records, participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems effectively.
