About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a structured clinical care environment. In this role, you will support Registered Nurses and healthcare teams by delivering high-quality patient care, performing clinical procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN license in the State of Arizona
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in clinical, long-term care, or skilled nursing settings
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and procedures

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Clinical Procedures: Perform routine nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, and treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document patient care and promptly report any changes in condition to supervising staff.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication schedules, and overall wellness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state regulatory requirements.
