About The Position

The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a beautiful home-style assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is searching for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our day or night shift team. If you are looking for a meaningful role where you can provide exceptional overnight care, support residents with dignity, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the night, we would love to meet you. As a PRN LPN at The Lodge at Natchez Trace, you will support the nighttime health and well-being of residents in both assisted living and memory care. You will monitor residents, respond promptly to care needs, administer nighttime medications, and ensure a calm, safe environment during overnight hours.

Requirements

Current and active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently during night hours
Ability to collaborate effectively with overnight staff

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor residents’ vitals and document accurately in our EMR
Assist with nighttime care needs, including hygiene, comfort, and mobility support
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Respond quickly to changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns
Assist nursing and medical staff with basic clinical tasks as needed
Support late-evening and early-morning admissions, transfers, or discharges
Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents and team members
Ensure compliance with safety standards and all community, state, and federal guidelines
Perform all other duties as assigned
