Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program or college
Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
CPR certification or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately
Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment
