Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A heart for serving seniors and those in recovery
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
- Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
