About The Position

Join CAREonsite as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Occupational Health! CAREonsite , a division of Tang & Company , provides occupational medical services nationwide . We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of clinical experience and strong administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills . This position manages the first-aid station with minimal supervision , coordinates on-site clinic services , and supports disability case management, working closely with the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager . Training in occupational health programs , including respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals , will be provided. Schedule & Pay: Schedule: 0800-1600 (Subject to change on the client's needs) Pay Range: $22-$30 an hour What Youll Do: Disability Case Management Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations. Employee Support Assist employees in returning to work after illness or injury and support absence-control programs. Collaboration Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management. Occupational Physician Support Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs. Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete): Will be required to complete an OSHA 10 online class within the first 90 days. Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Certification from an accredited school.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience (preferred).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course.
  • Will be required to complete an OSHA 10 online class within the first 90 days.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with on-site staff and the CAREonsite manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred).
  • Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred).
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
