About The Position
Otterbein is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who desire a career focused on person-centered care. The LPN will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. This care is provided in various settings including vibrant communities, welcoming small house neighborhoods, Home Health, Hospice, or Home Office. Otterbein Green Hills, formerly Green Hills Community, is a senior living community offering continuing care in West Liberty, Ohio, and is now under new ownership and management. Otterbein SeniorLife is a non-profit 501(c)(3) health and human service organization focused on serving residents through independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
- long term care experience preferred
