Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Care Charlestown, NH Interim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for a young girl at home before school, attend school for 3 hours, and back home after school for 1 hour. Licensed Practical Nurse must have experience with psychological developmental delays, abnormalities of breathing, G-tube, O2, and cough assist vest. Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of NH
• Graduate of a training and/or competency program as required by State/Federal Regulations
• A minimum of 6 months working experience for staffing assignments
• Current CPR BLS Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
• experience with psychological developmental delays
