Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This role will be part time day position, 6:45am – 7:15pm. Requirements
- Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
- License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Experience: 0 years of experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience as a LPN or Medical Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN.
- Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards.
- Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees.
- Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
