Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life – we offer assisted living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients/families. Collaborates with members of health care team to assist resident in achieving established outcomes of care.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
- Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
