Requirements
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed in the State of Michigan
- CPR certified and ready to jump into action when needed
- A team player with strong communication skills and a true heart for senior care
- Reliable, professional, and ready to bring your best to every shift
Nice To Haves
- IV Certified preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Assist with admissions, assessments, documentation, and discharge processes
- Communicate openly with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Be the calming, confident presence that residents trust and families appreciate
