🩺 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem
About The Position
We are seeking dependable and compassionate LPNs for Per Diem shifts in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. ⭐ This is a Per Diem position, which offers maximum flexibility allowing you to pick up shifts based on your availability. There is no minimum or required number of shifts, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible scheduling or supplemental income. ⭐ As a preferred staffing agency, our LPNs receive priority access to available shifts! LPNs in this role will provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long term care setting. You will work closely with the nursing team to administer medications and treatments, perform resident assessments, monitor and document changes in condition and ensure each resident's comfort, dignity and overall well-being while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.
Requirements
- Active LPN License in PA
- Current CPR/BLS Certification, physical and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
- Previous experience working in nursing homes, long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical, time-management and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced health care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor, document and report resident health status changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols, state regulations and care standards.
- Supervise and assist CNAs to ensure quality of care.
