About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will support patient care by administering medications, assisting with treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alaska
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and manage medication distribution (pill call)
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing care
- Support daily patient care activities to ensure comfort and safety
