Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care has an interdisciplinary team of a Medical Director, chaplain, nurses, social workers, rehab occupational and physical therapists and a speech language pathologist who work together caring for families and patients. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current licensure and registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
Nice To Haves
- One year’s experience as an LPN for a homecare or hospice agency is desired but not required.
- Bilingual
- Capability to work as strong, committed member of our hospice interdisciplinary team of professionals
- Must have valid driver’s license and car to use for work
