Requirements
- A current LPN license (Arkansas)
- A friendly, reliable attitude and love for working with seniors
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Giving medications and helping with nursing care
- Keeping an eye on residents’ health and reporting changes
- Working closely with CNAs, families, and providers
- Supporting our residents with kindness, patience, and respect
