In this role, you’ll be at the heart of providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being with your expertise and compassion. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. This collaborative environment ensures you have all the support you need to succeed and grow in your career!

Requirements

  • Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to others
  • A passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred
