BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
- CPR certified
Responsibilities
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
