Requirements

• Current State of Maine LPN license (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care or long-term care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in medication preparation and administration
• Commitment to delivering high-quality senior care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Maine Nurse Practice Act and professional standards
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and assess resident conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Support person-first, resident-directed care values
