About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – providing excellence in clinical care At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), Nurses play a key role in helping our residents feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their clinical and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, collaboration, and stability in care. Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
  • Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
  • Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex
  • Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
  • New Grads are encouraged to apply
