Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky
  • Strong clinical and assessment abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Assist residents with daily care needs and respond to concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
  • Respond to emergencies using sound nursing judgment
  • Promote a supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment
