Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
About The Position
Conifer Park Inc. is looking for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our Outpatient facility in Troy, NY. This is a non-traditional unique LPN position that will prepare and dispense Methadone and Suboxone to patients accurately and timely as directed by doctor's orders in accordance with all state and federal regulations including JCAHO. The LPN Ensures all daily dispensing records are printed and maintained. Will run all daily/dispensing reports, print them, have RN review and the file them so that they are available for review by state and federal agencies including JCAHO. The LPN also gathers the information needed on the Medical Screening Assessment from clients for MD/RN review to ascertain the need for a referral for a physical.
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical School
- Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience
- CPR certification required
