We’re just about to open the doors of our newest treatment center in Concord, MA, specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new program at the ground level—helping us establish a safe, healing-centered environment and shaping the culture of care from day one. Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. The LPN plays a key role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
  • Experience: At least one year in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred

  • Background working with co-occurring disorders and detox protocols

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
  • Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects
  • Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols
  • Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols
  • Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions
  • Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
  • Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality
  • Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
  • Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion
  • Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned
