About The Position

This part-time position involves working under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and Practice Guidelines. The role requires delivering nursing care to patients, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information related to patient care. Additionally, the nurse will direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff members as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care.
• Collects patient data, makes observations and reports pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
