Requirements

• Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment of patients
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Assists RN with development of plan of care
