About The Position

At Chautauqua Nursing & Rehab, part of The McGuire Group's 5-Star CMS-rated facilities, we're looking for compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated care team. Whether you're just starting your nursing journey or bringing years of experience, this is a place where your skills and passion truly make a difference. Work two consecutive twelve hour weekend shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, get paid an additional 13.5 hours!

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to providing resident-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and nursing leadership
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Support and guide CNAs in providing daily resident care
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
