Candidates must be able to work 12-hour shifts on weekends and be available for one additional day during the week, with both day and night shifts available.

Requirements

• Possess an Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
