About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Surgical Center assists practitioners in performing procedures, managing telephone prescription orders and refills, maintaining patient records, and relaying test results. The role involves providing safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor, within the scope of practice. The Surgical Specialists at the center perform various procedures including general, vascular, thoracic, breast, and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries, with a commitment to delivering state-of-the-art and compassionate care to all patients.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.
