About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, supporting patient care through monitoring, treatment administration, and assistance with daily living activities while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (state-specific requirements apply)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established care plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to the RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Support RNs and interdisciplinary teams in executing patient care plans
• Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions and follow-up care
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe patient environment
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice
