About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at PAM Health is a PRN (as needed) role focused on providing nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
• Higher comfort level working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.
• Two years of experience in direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
• Gather and report patient data.
• Carry out medical orders and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure care is delivered in an age and population-appropriate manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
