Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School
2 years of experience
Valid and current license from any state
Maintain BLS certification from the American Heart Association to ensure you're always ready to provide essential care.

Responsibilities

Observe and assess patients after initial dose is administered
Take pride in meticulously preparing medications that make a difference
Collect urine specimens in accordance with State regulatory requirements and record urinalysis results in patients’ charts
Complete patient paperwork with care and precision, making sure every detail is in order.
Perform daily reconciliation and handling some aspects of medication stocking.
